"Georgian Masterpiece"

The Wine storage was designed and handmade by our experienced staff at Moir Wade Design. The area was converted from a hallway niche into a beautiful wine storage, with an attractive and very impressive layout manufactured in solid English Oak.

"Night Life"

This project brief required us to design and build a whiskey bar, separate wine store and some walnut and glass stairs for a large country manor. The whiskey bar features a shaped pewter top with a walnut frontage wrapped in woven leather. The display cases behind the bar are each illuminated from within using colour change LED light pads. The wine store is made from solid American black walnut with laser cut, shaped acrylic shelves to carry individual bottles of wine. Cases of wine are displayed in shallow pull out walnut drawer boxes.

"Campaign Furniture"

An interesting commission for some lounge furniture in the style of Wellington's campaign furniture. These pieces are made from solid oak and finished with a lightly tinted lacquer to give the wood grain some extra definition. Our clients were thrilled and even took these photos for us!

"Media Dream"

For those TV addicts amongst us, this magnificent media wall has a distressed driftwood effect with touches of American black walnut. It is a gamers dream with all the necessary equipment hidden inside the beautiful bespoke cabinets. The finish is astounding and the quality is second to none. The 85” TV nestles inside the bespoke walnut niche!

"Clear As Glass"

Asked to separate the main living area of a house from the front door which opens directly onto the street, we came up with this bespoke partitioning. Using laminated panes of curved, handmade glass mounted in two curved walnut frames we created a dramatic entrance with created privacy without taking away light.

"Elegant Wine Cabinet"

A bespoke cabinet to provide a discreet location for temperature controlled wine storage and refrigerated drawers. Constructed from maple with mirrored, panelled sides, this cabinet removes the visual impact usually associated with large appliances.

"Guest Cloakroom"

This guest cloakroom features limestone floor and wall tiles with a satin/leather finish. The main feature in this room is the freestanding, carved granite pedestal basin complimented by the polished chromes accessories together with a mirror panelled walnut door.

"Fine Dining"

A commission to design and manufacture a table suitable for “fine dining”. Working solely with ellipses we produced a table top using inlays of several different timbers; vavona burl, red gum and quilted maple with the whole top being edged with cherry. The table base is also rather special and quite probably unique. Constructed from solid walnut, the table top rests upon a single tapering elliptic pedestal.

"Athena Bar, Leicester"

A commercial project in the centre of Leicester to supply and fit bars in one of the city’s busiest bars.
